The 1st prize is a Canon Digital SLR camera, and 2 runners up will also win a camera.

Myerscough College is organising this competition for schools in the North West. The winning school is offered a workshop for a group of learners to attend a full day at Myerscough College enjoying and learning about forms of Photography

Dyson on target in South Africa

Callum Dyson played for Everton FC in the Future Champions Cup 2013 held in Soweto, South Africa 25th - 30th March. In the group games Everton beat SAFA- Sedibeng 4-0, Johannesburg Secondary 5-0 and drew 1-1 with Aspire (Qatar) Callum scored in two of the group games getting the vital goal in the game against Aspire. In the Semi Final Everton played Athletic Miniero and Callum scored as Everton won 1-0.

The Final was against Club Tijuana and after a hard fought 1-1 draw Everton lost 4-3 on penalties.

A massive well done to Callum on his achievements from everyone at Maghull High School.

Ryan Captains England

Ryan Captains England
Ryan Ledson played for and captained England in the recent Montaigu tournament which is held annually in France. Ryan played in all 3 group games 1-1 v Netherlands, 3-1 win against Chile, 1-1 v Germany. The final was against Turkey and after a 2-2 draw Turkey won on penalties. A massive well done to Ryan on playing for and captaining England in a international tournament.
